Free agent forward Jonathan Mogbo has agreed to sign a two-way contract with the Kings, reports Michael Scotto of HoopsHype (Twitter link).
The 31st overall pick in the 2024 draft, Mogbo spent the past two seasons in Toronto, appearing in 103 total games for the Raptors. After showing promise as a rookie, the 24-year-old struggled to earn a rotation spot over the course of the 2025/26 season, averaging just 6.2 minutes per game in 40 outings off the bench.
Mogbo, who stands at 6’9″ with a 7’2″ wingspan, is a versatile, athletic defender, but hasn’t made an impact offensively at the NBA level, averaging 4.4 points in 14.9 minutes per contest during his two professional seasons and making just 17-of-71 (23.9%) three-pointers.
The Raptors opted to decline their $2.3MM team option on Mogbo on Monday and pass on a qualifying offer, making him an unrestricted free agent and giving him a clear path to signing outright with Sacramento.
The Kings are currently just carrying Isaiah Stevens on a two-way contract, with a two-way qualifying offer out to Daeqwon Plowden.
