
While there are undoubtedly many types of NBA fans, each shares a tried-and-tested thirst for nasty posterizations.
On Friday night, New York Knicks forward OG Anunoby quenched that thirst when he swiftly posterized Indiana Pacers center Micah Potter.

Anunoby, 28, took the ball up the floor for his team early in the second quarter. As soon as he saw Jarace Walker step up and out a bit too far on the perimeter, OG dipped that shoulder and drove the right side of the lane.
Potter, Indiana’s big man, gave it his best shot to protect the rim as the weak-side-help defender. Of course, as fans are already aware, Anunoby slammed it home on the right side.
Sure, the dunk had a bit of power to it, but the quickness with which OG snuck the dunk home is what really did the trick on this play. The Knicks’ bench was just one of the areas at Gainbridge Fieldhouse that lost its mind when the Knicks’ top-notch defender finished the play.
With 8:13 remaining in the third quarter, New York leads Indiana 64-49. The Knicks are currently looking for their second-straight victory, after the also-tanking Utah Jazz handed them a road win two nights ago.
