It has been three games in round 2 of the NBA playoffs, and the Philadelphia 76ers are still searching for an answer. Following their impressive showing in round 1, the expectations from Philadelphia had been skyrocketing. To hype things up further, Joel Embiid asked fans to come out in large numbers to support the team. Unfortunately, the team is trailing 0-3 so far.
For the New York Knicks, however, the situation is entirely different. After a strong round 1 showing, the likes of Jalen Brunson and co. have maintained their dominance in round 2. This has resulted in the Knicks fans taking over the stadium, a common sight. At the moment, with just a win away from securing a clean sweep, the onus will be on Philadelphia to try to script a historic comeback.
Speaking about Game 3, New York won 108-94. With Brunson delivering yet another stellar night with 33 points, things are looking pretty much rosy for the team. Giving him able support was none other than Mikal Bridges, who chipped in with 23 points to put the Knicks over the line.
