On Wednesday night, Chicago Bulls general manager Marc Eversley said the team was looking at moving out of the second round of the draft on Thursday night. On Thursday morning, the Bulls started moving back.
Per Shams Charania of ESPN, the Bulls traded back 10 spots, moving the No. 45 pick to the Los Angeles Lakers for the No. 55 pick and cash.
“The Los Angeles Lakers are moving up in the second round of the NBA Draft tonight, acquiring the No. 45 pick from the Chicago Bulls for No. 55 and cash, sources tell ESPN,” Charania posted on X.
