Lakers Star Luka Doncic's Wordless Reaction to Epic Mural

Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic absolutely loved the latest tribute created for him outside the United States.

Recently, the popular Tenement Manila court in the Philippines featured the new Lakers guard in its latest mural. The court has gone viral in the past for its popular court designs, which have featured the likes of LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan.

Doncic's mural showed the Slovenian star wearing a Lakers jersey while shouting in celebration. In the background was James facing backward.

After the 26-year-old superstar saw the video of his mural, he took to his Instagram Stories to share it. While he didn't write any caption, he posted several emojis showing a smiling face with heart eyes—highlighting his approval.

Luka Doncic is already a global superstar, and the latest tribute only further highlights how his influence extends beyond the USA and his native Slovenia.

As he continues to lead the Lakers, Doncic's popularity should only rise further. If he's able to lead the Purple and Gold to the playoffs and a potential title contention, more tributes and recognition should pour in for him.

For now, though, Doncic knows very well what he needs to do. The Lakers entered Friday's game against the Golden State Warriors in the top four of the Western Conference standings, but they need to keep winning considering the small margin between the teams in the No. 3 to 8 seeds.
