
The Los Angeles Lakers will take on the Minnesota Timberwolves for their second game of the season on Friday.
The Lakers will look for their first win of the season, while the Timberwolves will look to stay perfect and move to 2-0. This game is a rematch of the first round series from the 2025 playoffs, when the Timberwolves dismantled the Lakers in five games.
Los Angeles will trot out the same starting five they did from opening night.

The Lakers will have a starting lineup that consists of Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, Gabe Vincent, Rui Hachimura and Deandre Ayton.
Los Angeles will host the Timberwolves for the first of three matchups this season.
