LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers have been one of the NBA’s hottest teams in recent weeks and are carrying strong momentum into the final stretch of the regular season. Their impressive form continued Thursday night as Los Angeles secured its eighth straight win with a 134-126 victory over the Miami Heat.

The performance was headlined by Luka Doncic, who delivered a historic 60-point outing, the most ever scored against Miami. While Doncic dominated the scoring column, James provided a complete performance, finishing with 19 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists, and recording the 124th triple-double of his career in the win.

While James and the Lakers continue to build momentum on the court, the 41-year-old shared a personal update following the game. In a collaborative Instagram post with Mercedes-Maybach, James revealed his latest luxury car acquisition.

“When @kingjames shapes his personal Mercedes-Maybach, perfection is guaranteed ,” the caption read.

The vehicle is an ultra-exclusive Maybach S 680, customized through the MANUFAKTUR Made to Measure program. It features a MANUFAKTUR exclusive light ivory non-metallic finish, along with bespoke design elements, including James’ personal logo integrated into the build.

James’ net worth sits at $1.4 billion, according to Forbes and he remains one of the highest-earning athletes in sports. During the offseason, he picked up the player option on his contract, valued at $52.6 million, to remain in Los Angeles until at least the end of the season.

The Lakers will now turn their attention to a matchup against the Orlando Magic on Saturday, where they will look to extend their winning streak to nine games. Los Angeles (45-25) currently sits third in the Western Conference with 12 games remaining and are on pace to secure their second straight 50-win season.
