If you're looking to play overs on NBA player props, the Washington Wizards are the ideal opposing team to target. The Wizards rank 29th in the NBA in points allowed per game, 29th in opponent shooting percentage and 26th in defensive efficiency. They also play at the seventh-fastest pace in the league, so it's easier for opposing players to fill the stat sheet against their defense.

Scottie Barnes is in the midst of a breakout season. The third-year forward is averaging career-high marks in points per game (20.2), rebounds per game (9.8) and assists per game (5.8). He leads the Toronto Raptors in minutes per game, field-goal attempts per game and rebound chances per game, and he's second on the team in potential assists per game. 

Barnes is coming off two duds against the Boston Celtics and the Dallas Mavericks, but this is a perfect spot to bounce back at home against a terrible defensive team. His usage should be through the roof Monday night, so we're taking him to go over his PRA of 33.5.
