NBA Slam Dunk champion Mac McClung's team is technically the Orlando Magic, but the guard is currently playing for the franchise's G League affiliate Osceola Magic. McClung's stats in the G League are still impressive.
Heading into NBA All-Star Weekend, McClung is averaging 17.4 points, 4.7 assists and 3.7 rebounds per game while shooting a career-low 25.6% from long range. McClung's height is listed at 6-foot-2 guard and the guard boasted an impressive 43.5-inch vertical jump at the G League Combine.
The dunker was on a one-year, $2 million contract with the Magic in 2024, per Spotrac. McClung is now on a two-way deal with Orlando which is likely for less money.
According to Sports Illustrated's Ryan Phillips, a two-way deal gives players half of the salary of the rookie minimum. This would have McClung making an estimated salary of $578,577, much less than the guard earned during the 2023-24 NBA season.

In general, G League players earn a $40,500 salary. Heading into the 2025 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, McClung has a chance to make history as the first person to three-peat the event.
It sounds like this could be McClung's last appearance at the NBA Slam Dunk Contest.
"I just figured this will probably be my last go around, hopefully, I still got some things left in the tank," McClung told 76ers on SI's Declan Harris for a feature story on Saturday.
McClung's salary may be lower than most NBA players, but the guard is also making money from endorsement deals. The Magic player's Instagram page has a number of posts about his sponsorships including Puma, Raising Cane's and Coin Base.
