Marcus Jordan has entered into an agreement with prosecutors to resolve the charges stemming from his recent arrest for driving while under the influence.

According to court documents that were obtained by WFTV 9, Jordan has reached a deal with prosecutors in Orange County, Fla., to put his charges on hold. The charges will be dismissed if he meets several conditions over the next year.

As part of the deal, Jordan has agreed to complete 50 hours of community service and have an interlock device installed in his car. The 34-year-old will also have to submit to random drug testing, make a $1,000 donation to a list of approved organizations and write a 250-word letter of apology to the police officer who arrested him.

Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, was arrested on Feb. 3 in Maitland, Fla. Officers had discovered that Jordan got his Lamborghini SUV stuck on a set of train tracks. Police said that Jordan exhibited signs of being intoxicated and found that he had drugs in his car. Jordan was also said to be uncooperative and combative with police and at one point tried to get out of trouble by pulling the “do you know who I am?” card.

Jordan was originally charged DUI with property damage, cocaine possession and resisting arrest. It was later determined that the substance he was in possession of was ketamine and not cocaine.

In addition to being Michael’s son, Jordan is known for dating Larsa Pippen, who is the ex-wife of Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen.

Jordan and Larsa dated for more than a year before splitting in February 2024. There were rumblings that Michael’s disapproval of the relationship, which he expressed publicly, was a factor in why Marcus and Larsa called things off. There is a significant age gap between Marcus and Larsa, who is 51.

The February arrest was not the first for Jordan.

Jordan said back in July that he had been sober for more than three months. He also made a revelation about his relationship with Michael in a social media post.
