NBA Champion Signs With Team In Italy

Malcolm Miller was initially undrafted out of Holy Cross in 2015, but ended up making the NBA in 2017-18  as a member of the  Toronto Raptors.   

He most recently played in the league during the 2020 season when he averaged 1.3 points per contest while shooting 41.4% from the field and 36.4% from the three-point range in 28 games (with the Raptors).  

Recently, the 30-year-old signed with UCC Piacenza (h/t Alberto De Roa of HoopsHype). 

Miller has played three seasons in the NBA (all with the Raptors), and has career averages of 2.0 points per contest while shooting 43.4% from the field and 40.6% from the three-point range in 53 regular season games. 

He has also appeared in 11 NBA playoff games, and was part of the 2019 team that beat Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors to win the NBA Championship.
