Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan is widely considered the greatest NBA player of all time. As a six-time NBA champion, six-time Finals MVP, five-time MVP, among many other accolades, he has the accomplishments to back up the title.

That being said, it's not a surprise that there was plenty of interest in Jordan on Tuesday when he made his debut as a special contributor to NBC’s NBA broadcasts. The 10-time scoring champion spoke with Mike Tirico in a one-on-one interview, where he discussed how he's focused on his family and why he decided to take the contributing role with the network.

"I have an obligation to the game of basketball," Jordan said on his NBC role, noting that he wants to "pay it forward" and "be able to pass on messages of success and dedication to the game."

Amid the talk about Jordan's latest comments, however, other fans couldn't help but notice his appearance during the interview. Many were quick to point out how his eyes looked red and yellow, sparking concerns about his health.

"Michael Jordan on NBC - has anyone else noticed that he doesn’t look well?" a viewer wrote.

"Michael Jordan doesn't look good," a fan shared, while posting a screenshot of Jordan's close-up look from the interview.

"Michael Jordan eyes never cleared up," a fan remarked. Another one asked, "Why do Michael Jordan’s eyes always look like that?"

A fifth supporter claimed, "Michael Jordan definitely has jaundice in his eyes."

"Michael Jordan eyes gotta be a sign of unhealthiness man," a social media user stated.

Jordan's health has been a hot topic ever since "The Last Dance" documentary in 2020, when fans took notice of his yellow eyes. It also raised plenty of questions about his condition, with many saying that it's a sign of a liver issue or other illness.

The 62-year-old Jordan has yet to address his health, but the conversation about it certainly won't stop any time soon due to his latest appearance.
