Free agent wing Talen Horton-Tucker has agreed to a deal with Turkish power Fenerbahce, but he has a 21-day window to keep searching for an NBA contract, per Marc Stein of The Stein Line.
Horton-Tucker, 24, spent last season with the Bulls after initially joining on an Exhibit 10 deal that eventually became guaranteed in January.
He appeared in 53 games for Chicago, averaging 6.7 points in 17 minutes per night.
NBC leans into NBA return: The NBA on NBC is back — and the network rolled out a new promo during Sunday night’s Baltimore–Buffalo NFL game.
As reported by Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press, the spot mimicked NBA starting lineups by introducing NBC’s broadcast team in that same style.
NBC hasn’t aired the league since 2002, but returns this fall under the new 11-year, $76 billion broadcast agreement that also includes ABC/ESPN and Amazon Prime Video.
Opening night on NBC will feature a doubleheader Oct. 21.
Micic details his free agency: Former NBA guard Vasilije Micic, now with Hapoel Tel Aviv, revealed the six teams that chased him this summer.
On the X and O’s Chat Podcast, Micic said Real Madrid, Hapoel, Fenerbahce and Olympiacos were the strongest contenders, while Crvena Zvezda and Anadolu Efes also expressed interest.
The 30-year-old Serbian guard spent last season with the Thunder before heading back overseas.
