NBA Props For Wednesday Feb. 7: Kuminga? Bazinga!

Well, I think we were right about Kyrie Irving and being motivated to face his old team. He almost bested his point total in the first half and we did not have to sweat it too much in the second. It was a strong 3-1 day thanks to the offense of Malik Beasley and the defense of Chet Holmgren.

Tonight is a relatively quiet night in the Association, with just seven games on the docket. The game of the day is the Pelicans at the Clippers. Other than there there is not much there. Most of these games are not expected to be close.

NBA Props for Wednesday, Feb. 7

Immanuel Quickly 18+ Points (+105) Alt Line

The Raptors are in Charlotte tonight. IQ has faced them twice this season and ; posted 17 and 23 points, though with the Knicks. I am not expecting anything to change now that he is with Toronto, where his role is enhanced. Charlotte is still one of the worst defensive teams in the league.

RJ Barrett More Points than Miles Bridges (+150)

Barrett has been on a heater of late, 20+ points in six of his last seven games. Bridges is averaging more PPG this season for the Hornets but he is going to have to handle a tough defensive matchup from Scottie Barnes. Barrett has no such impediment and should continue to post good numbers.

Darius Garland Over 16.5 Points (+105) Alt Line

Garland has not given the Cavs a ton since coming back from injury but they haven't needed it either. They are probably not going to need him tonight either but taking on a weak opponent like Washington can give him a chance to flex a little. The Wizards defense is not going to offer much resistance.

Jonathan Kuminga 30+ Points & Rebounds (+145) Alt Line

Kuminga is enjoying his best run since joining the NBA. He is getting playing time and making the most of it. He has scored 20+ points in nine of his last 10 games and with his hops, he contributes on the glass as well. Draymond Green is iffy tonight for the Warriors so he could get even more of a bump on the road. They actually need him these days.
