The Brooklyn Nets revealed their new City Edition uniform for the 2020-21 campaign last month, which is a throwback of the iconic “tie-dye” jersey from the 1990-91 season. However, that's not all the Nets are doing to honor their New Jersey roots, though.
Brooklyn unveiled its new court design to accompany the new uniforms on Monday, and it is spectacular.

The Nets always wore red, white and blue in some form from the start of the franchise in 1967 when they were known as the New Jersey Americans. They switched to black and white in 2012 when they moved to Brooklyn.
The teams from 1990-97 are remembered fondly by Nets fans. Those teams reached the playoffs in three consecutive seasons from 1992-94 and featured Kenny Anderson and Drazen Petrovic, among others. Quite frankly, it's no surprise the Nets decided to honor that era in their history.
With the additions of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, Brooklyn is hoping to make a deep playoff run this coming season, and the Nets are primed to be among the best teams in the Eastern Conference.
