New Report Drops Bombshell Update on Luka Doncic & Madelyn Cline Dating Rumors

Luka Doncic never expected to be embroiled in so much negative news this season. Despite playing well for the Los Angeles Lakers, he received harsh criticism from the media for his style of play and leadership on the court.

And now, to add to his woes, he’s ended his engagement to the mother of his two daughters, Anamaria Goltes. The former couple has not seen each other since December. Goltes has already filed a child support claim against Doncic, signaling that their relationship is beyond repair.

But is a secret actress behind Doncic and Goltes’ relationship going south? According to a report from TMZ, there’s no truth about the Lakers superstar having a budding relationship with actress Madelyn Cline.

“They’re not dating, and to take it a step further, they’ve never even met each other,” per TMZ.

The rumor about their secret relationship started when fans noticed that both followed each other on Instagram. It’s important to note that fans already speculated that Luka and his then-fiancée’s relationship was already shaky when the latter quietly deleted all Doncic-related posts on her socials.

Luka Doncic Continues to Play Well Despite Off-Court Problems

It’s safe to say Luka Doncic has been on an emotional roller coaster ride over the past couple of years. He was surprisingly dealt by the Dallas Mavericks to the Los Angeles Lakers in 2024. Vowing to stay healthier, he worked out excessively during the 2025 offseason, surprising everybody with his new physique.

After the Lakers struggled when LeBron James returned to the lineup, pundits were quick to point fingers at Luka. Despite all the negativity and off-court woes, Luka Doncic continues to lead the league in scoring this season. Looks like he’s channeling his frustrations on the court rather than off of it.
