All season long, the New York Knicks have had one of the most stable starting lineups in the league: Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby, and Karl-Anthony Towns. All of those players are very much in their prime, and the core is expected to remain intact for the next several seasons, although they aren't getting younger.
On Thursday, the Knicks celebrated Josh Hart's birthday. In the midst of a career-best season, the wing turned 30 years old.

This season, Hart is averaging 14.4 points, 9.6 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 1.4 steals. He is one of the peskier defenders in the league and is undoubtedly the best undersized rebounder, regardless of position.
His shooting numbers leave a little to be desired, but he is the ultimate hustle player and glue guy, doing what the rest of the Knicks' stars aren't expected to do.
Hart is coming off one of his worst games of the season, although he was able to grab eight rebounds but only shot 1-8 from the field. With one day of rest, fans should usually be able to expect him to have a solid outing, but with a tough test against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday, he might have his hands full guarding Luka Doncic on one end of the floor and then having to compete with Dorian Finney-Smith and Jaxson Hayes for rebounds on the other.
Entering his birthday contest, the Knicks are three-point underdogs, according to FanDuel.
