Nike might be treating fans to an early surprise this holiday season, as there are rumors indicating a highly anticipated shock drop tomorrow. The Nike Kobe 6 Protro 'Reverse Grinch' is rumored to shock drop in limited quantities at 11:24 a.m. EST on Thursday, November 28.

Online shoppers will need to have the Nike SNKRS app ready, as the sneakers are sure to sell out quickly. Below is everything you must know about the Christmas-themed basketball shoes.

Nike Kobe 6 Protro 'Reverse Grinch'

Bryant routinely made headlines with his footwear throughout his 20-year NBA career. However, Christmas Day 2010 changed everything. The Los Angeles Lakers hosted the Miami Heat and the "Big Three." Bryant used that opportunity to debut the legendary green 'Grinch' colorway of his sixth signature sneaker.

Nike is having fun with the concept by flipping the colors and applying Crimson Red to the scaly upper contrasted with bright green laces. The colorway was debuted last season by Lakers center Anthony Davis, and has remained on the radar of the sneaker community ever since.
