Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee is once again making headlines at Madison Square Garden after she returned courtside for Game 2 of the New York Knicks’ playoff series against the Detroit Pistons

The Team USA champion ignited a wave of excitement among fans who believe her presence might just be a good luck charm.

The moment the Knicks shared a video of Lee sitting sideline on X, fans lit up the replies with one common theme: OG Anunoby plays better when she’s in the building.

"Somebody let OG know she’s there so he can turn up please," one fan pleaded.

"OG second half gonna be legendary," another declared.

“OG 50 point 2nd half on the way,” another joked.

“Does OG know?????” a third asked, fueling the buzz.

Others added, “OG needs to see her,” while another urged, “Someone tell OG she’s there.”

The buzz echoed a trend that started earlier this month when Lee attended a game against the Phoenix Suns. That night, Anunoby exploded for 32 points, leading the Knicks to a 112-98 win, while Lee watched courtside.

Knicks forward Josh Hart recently joked about the phenomenon on his podcast “ Roommates Show.”

“We need Suni or Anne Hathaway at every game during this playoff run,” he said.

Lee, who first attended a Knicks game in December 2024, seems to be enjoying the attention. She smiled and waved to fans as she appeared on the jumbotron during Monday night’s matchup, even blowing a kiss to the crowd.

Knicks fans now have a new rally cry: keep Suni Lee in the house. If the online chatter is any indication, she might be the unofficial MVP of the postseason—at least in the hearts of New York’s faithful.
