Only 11 NBA Players Played In All 82 Games This Year

The 2024-25 NBA regular season concludes on Sunday. While most teams treat the long campaign as a marathon, a select few players didn't take any days off.

ESPN's Bobby Marks noted that 11 players suited up for all 82 games. That number is down from 17 in 2023-24, but up from 10 in 2022-23. Those resenting load management would like to note that 28 players achieved the feat in 2014-15.

Here are the players who didn't miss a game this season:

Paul made history by becoming the first person to ever play in all 82 games in his 20th NBA season or later. The star point guard, who turns 40 next month, had averaged 57 games played over nine seasons since last playing all 82 games in 2014-15.

CP3 entered Sunday averaging a team-high 7.4 assists per game for the San Antonio Spurs, who ended the season without Victor Wembanyama and Gregg Popovich.

Some fans may feel Bridges' inclusion should come with an asterisk.

With the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference secured, the New York Knicks rested their starters during Sunday's 113-105 win over the Brooklyn Nets. Bridges started, extending his streak of consecutive games played to 556, but he committed a foul and left the game after six seconds.

"I think he's earned that right," Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said before the game of Bridges extending the streak, via SNY. "It's a tribute to him. I think he's worked hard to put himself in that position ... He should be commended for it."

While Bridges holds the NBA's active Iron Man streak, Barnes has played 82 games in three straight seasons. Green and Alexander-Walker have also played 82 games in back-to-back seasons.

Hield has now played 82 games three times, but that's not his career high. A midseason trade led to the guard appearing in 84 games last season.

Meanwhile, Bub Carrington ended his 82nd game in style. The 19-year-old rookie banked a buzzer-beater to give the Washington Wizards a 119-118 win over the Miami Heat.
