The Indiana Pacers have officially signed second-round pick Kam Jones to a standard NBA contract and re-signed restricted free agent guard Quenton Jackson to a two-way deal, the team announced in a press release.

Indiana still has one two-way slot open, and Cleveland product Enrique Freeman remains the most likely candidate to fill it. The Pacers continue to have a two-way qualifying offer on the table for the 2024 second-round pick.

Freeman, who starred at the University of Akron, turned heads with his rebounding and defensive instincts during summer league and team workouts. He remains in the Pacers’ plans heading into training camp.

As for Jones, the 6-foot-5 combo guard out of Marquette averaged 19.2 points, 5.9 assists and 4.5 rebounds in 34 games as a senior. A consensus second-team All-American and All-Big East first-team selection in 2025, he was selected 38th overall by Indiana after the Pacers acquired the pick from San Antonio in exchange for a future second-rounder and cash.

Jones will join the Pacers’ 15-man roster for the 2025–26 season. Terms of his contract were not disclosed.

Jackson, 25, is returning for a third straight season with Indiana after appearing in 28 games in 2024–25. He averaged 5.8 points, 1.9 assists and 1.6 rebounds in 13.6 minutes per contest while shooting 47.5% from the field and 37.5% from beyond the arc.

He joins fellow guard RayJ Dennis as one of two players currently occupying two-way contracts for the Pacers.
