Patrick Beverley and LeBron James will once again be big rivals next season, with one representing the Clippers and the other the face of the Lakers, and Beverley doesn’t want King James getting the impression that the two are friends.
Beverley and Lou Williams bumped into LeBron at the Summer League over the weekend, and fans took note of the fact that Beverley didn’t make eye contact with James while exchanging pleasantries.
Pat Bev is ready to play the Lakers RIGHT NOW.

Beverley later said on Twitter that his stone-cold look was no coincidence.

Now that Kawhi Leonard has signed with the Clippers and they also traded for Paul George, the rivalry between L.A.’s two teams should be taken to the next level.
Beverley took less money to remain with the Clippers after hinting he would sign with the highest bidder, so you know he’s completely invested. Maybe next time he’ll just walk right past LeBron.
