Patrick Beverley is headed to Greece.
The veteran guard has finalized a rest-of-season contract with PAOK BC, the club announced, confirming weekend reports that the deal was agreed to pending a physical.
Beverley, 37, spent 12 seasons in the NBA from 2012 through 2024, appearing in 666 regular-season games for seven teams. He built his reputation on defensive edge and competitiveness, averaging 8.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in 26.6 minutes per game while shooting 37.1 percent from three.
His NBA run ended unceremoniously.
During the 2024 playoffs, Beverley was suspended four games after repeatedly throwing a basketball toward Pacers fans in Indiana, including striking a female fan. A police investigation followed, and the suspension would have carried over had he signed with an NBA team this season.
Instead, Beverley opened the year overseas with Hapoel Tel Aviv, but that stint ended in February following a team-imposed suspension.
Last month, Beverley was arrested in Texas on an assault charge tied to a domestic incident involving a family member. He posted a $40,000 bond and has disputed the allegations.
