This is unfortunate news for the Suns, who are in seventh place in the rugged Western Conference standings. The team now faces the tough challenge of staying float in the West without its best player.
A five-time All-Star, Devin Booker has appeared in 44 games this season. He’s averaging 24.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game while shooting 45.4% from the field, 30.8% from beyond the arc and 86.1% from the free-throw line.
Dillon Brooks, Grayson Allen, Jalen Green, Collin Gillespie and Mark Williams have to score the ball more for the Suns to win games without Booker, who is 15th in the league in points per game.
Booker has spent his entire career with the Suns. The scoring guard holds career averages of 24.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game.
