The Phoenix Suns defeated the short-handed Brooklyn Nets by a convincing 108-84 score. That is three wins in the last four games for the Suns, trying to climb the mountain in the West.
The Suns won without breaking a sweat against a Nets team that only cares about losing, especially after they played yesterday. They led all game and had their second highest win margin this season since beating the Lakers by 27 on Nov. 26.
Booker’s performance against the Nets
Suns shooting guard Devin Booker had 32 points, two rebounds, and six assists. Over the last nine games, he averaged 30.8 PPG on 51 FG%, 4.1 RPG, and 6.3 APG.
Booker also reached 200 games with 30+ PTS in the regular season in his career. He is one of six players to have at least 200 such games since 2015/16, when he entered the NBA.
Booker’s scoring production over these few games
He has scored at least 30 points in seven of his last nine games. That is his tenth 30p/5a game with zero turnovers — top five among active players.
Devin Booker after Suns 108-84 win over Brooklyn to end five-game road trip 3-2: “We’re improving and that’s the name of the game for us.“
