Pistons Make Cade Cunningham Announcement Ahead of Spurs Game

If Cunningham is sidelined once again, it would be a major blow to the Pistons as he has had a breakout season thus far that has made him the frontrunner to win the NBA’s Most Improved Player award.

Cunningham is not the only Pistons player who could miss Tuesday’s game as Detroit has also listed Tim Hardaway Jr. as questionable with an ankle injury that caused him to miss Saturday’s victory.

If Cunningham and Hardaway Jr. are sidelined once again on Tuesday, expect Dennis Schroder and Malik Beasley to once again fill in for them in the starting lineup and Marcus Sasser and Ron Holland II should also see an increased role.

For the Spurs, they may also be without one of their young star players as they have listed Stephon Castle as questionable due to right knee hypertension.

With the Spurs’ season basically already over, it is likely that they will sit Castle for Tuesday’s game.

Of course, the Spurs are already without their star duo of Victor Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox who are both out for the rest of the season.
