Tobias Harris continued a unique streak in NBA playoff history following Game 2 between the Detroit Pistons and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night.

Harris has played a crucial role in the Pistons’ remarkable 2025-26 campaign so far. He helped them win 60 games in the regular season, the most since the 2005-06 season. He also had a significant impact on Detroit’s series comeback down 3-1 against the Orlando Magic, delivering a clutch Game 7 performance to help them advance.

After Game 2 of this ongoing series, Harris continued an incredible playoff streak for himself. In 37 minutes of action, he finished with 21 points, seven rebounds, two steals, and two blocks. He shot 9-of-16 from the field, including 2-of-3 from beyond the arc. This allowed him to pull off his seventh consecutive playoff game of scoring 20 or more points, per ESPN Insights.

“Tobias Harris has dropped 20 PTS in 7-straight postseason games, tied for the longest streak of his career (regular season or playoffs). Harris did not score 20 PTS in back-to-back games a single time during the 2025-26 regular season,” the post read.
