Houston Rockets guard Jalen Green had an incredible performance in a must-win game for the Rockets in Game 2 against the Golden State Warriors. The Rockets tied the series against the Warriors with a 109-94 win. Playoff Jalen Green has arrived as he was the youngest player in NBA history to have a stat line of 38 points, 8-3-pointers made, 6 assists, and 3 steals.
Green struggled in his first playoff game as he only scored 7 points after going 3-15 from the field. He averaged 21 ppg to lead the team in scoring this season. Green explains why he struggled some as he was extremely nervous during game one.
" The lights were bright, the crowd was here, the court looked huge," he said. " So I couldn't get a chance to settle in. My legs were a little shaky," said Green.

The win was Houston's first playoff win since 2020. The Rockets came out with energy and again played in front of a sold-out crowd. Green's next challenge will be how he responds to his first career road playoff game. Game 3 will be in Oakland, as the Warriors have some of the most rowdy fans in the league.
