Fans of the Golden State Warriors likely aren't in a happy place right now.
At one point in the season, the Warriors sat as the No. 12 seed in the Western Conference. That's when Warriors General Manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. stepped in and made a blockbuster trade for Jimmy Butler.
The results were felt quickly and the Warriors put together a 23-7 stretch with Butler in the lineup.
The Warriors were able to sneak into the NBA Playoffs after defeating the Memphis Grizzlies to become the No. 7 seed. While they defeated the Rockets, the series went to seven games, putting miles on veterans like Butler, Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.
As a result, it was a quick turnaround before taking on the Minnesota Timberwolves. While they took Game 1, the damage had been done when Curry exited with a hamstring injury.
They speculated he could've returned for Game 6, but the Warriors were unable to earn another win, losing 4-1.
One thing that was visible and felt in both playoff series was Golden State's lack of size. While they like running small ball lineups with Green at the center position, both teams were quick to take advantage with two-big lineups.
If the Warriors do look to add size, they might have a potential trade partner after it was announced that the Chicago Bulls are looking to trade Nikola Vucevic, according to Sam Amico of HoopsWire.

The Bulls had some success down the stretch of the season with big nights from Coby White and Josh Giddey, but could be looking to cut costs.
Vucevic is set to make $21.48 million next season before becoming a free agent. For the right deal, the Warriors could have a formidable big next season.
