Expecting to play for the Wildcats next season, Sharpe first enrolled in Kentucky during the spring semester of the 2021-22 school year. After it became clear that the 19-year-old would be a high-level pick in the 2022 draft, the 6-foot-6 prospect initially entered his name into the draft pool in April.
