ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski broke down the situation on Tuesday afternoon. Apparently, replacement players were "rushing to [the] scene" at the airport before the team took off for Chicago.
The Raptors are boarding a flight for Chicago now, and so far, Wednesday's game with the Bulls has yet to be postponed. Toronto has seven players in protocols now.

Lewenberg reported Tuesday morning that the team elected not to have a practice, with the players instead going in for individual workouts. Toronto is scheduled to play against the Chicago Bulls at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday.
