In addition to a shortage of players, the Raptors have six members of their coaching staff in health and safety protocols, including head coach Nick Nurse.
Pascal Siakam is reportedly expected to remain in health and safety protocols through the All-Star break. It's unclear which other players are in the protocol.
The Raptors have two more games before the All-Star break: Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons and Thursday against the Boston Celtics.
