Raptors Share Updates on Barrett, Olynyk, and Agbaji
Alonzo Adams-USA TODAY Sports

The Toronto Raptors are back at full strength.

RJ Barrett is good to go Saturday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second half of a back-to-back. His knee is feeling good after Friday's game against the Houston Rockets, Raptors coach Darko Rajaković said.

Toronto will also have Ochai Agbaji and Kelly Olynyk ready to make their debut following Toronto's trade deadline deal with the Utah Jazz. The two had been available Friday night but did not play.

"Yesterday during the game, we had coaches appointed to communicate with both Kelly and Ochai, just trying to help them speed up the process," Rajaković said of Toronto's two deadline additions. "The good thing about both of the new players is they're asking great questions."

Both players are expected to slide into bench roles for Toronto. Olynyk will take over the backup center minutes behind Jakob Poeltl, displacing Jontay Porter back to the bench. Agbaji is expected to join the second unit as a defense-first guard and someone who can help defend at the point of attack.

Justise Winslow and Mouhamadou Gueye are both with the Raptors on 10-day contracts, the team announced. They're unlikely to see playing time Saturday outside of garbage time, but Toronto wanted to reward a couple of its top G League players this season.

“They did a really good job this year with our 905 program," Rajaković said. "It's going to be a really good addition to our team. And it's also a reward for those guys for everything they did this season.”
