Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown recently reached a phenomenal milestone in his NBA career.

Over the years, Jaylen Brown has become one of the best players at his position. While Brown can do many things on the court, scoring is one of his best skills.

However, since Brown is the second option on the Boston Celtics, not many praise him for his scoring ability on the court.

Jaylen Brown has now scored more than 12,000 points in his NBA career

This season, the Celtics weren’t expected to be competitive because of Jayson Tatum’s torn Achilles tendon injury.

On top of that, the front office also blew up their 2024 NBA Championship-winning roster by trading Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday.

Despite that, the Celtics are currently the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference, thanks to Brown leading the team by example.

Brown is flaunting his scoring ability by averaging 29.0 points per game this season for the Celtics.

Brown is currently at the peak of his career and remains one of the best players in the NBA. However, when it comes to scoring, no player has been better than LA Lakers star LeBron James.

After all, LBJ is the NBA’s all-time scoring leader. As of now, James has 42,260 points to his name and Brown realized how crazy it is after completing 12,000 points in his NBA career.

“On Sunday, I passed 12,000 career points in the league, right? And I was sitting there thinking about it, how the f___ does LeBron get 42,000?” Brown said on a livestream.

Indeed, scoring more than 40,000 points is unbelievable, and the craziest part is that James is still an active player in the NBA.

It means he’ll add more points to his name before calling it a day, and this record of the 4x NBA champion may never be broken.
