Lonnie Walker IV is coming off a solid season where he averaged 11.7 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists per contest while shooting 44.8% from the field and 36.5% from the three-point range in 56 games for the Los Angeles Lakers.
This summer, the former Miami star became a free agent and (on Monday) he officially signed with the Brooklyn Nets.
On July 2, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Walker's contract with the Nets is for one season.
Via Wojnarowski: "Free agent Lonnie Walker has agreed to a one year deal with the Brooklyn Nets, Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul and agent Lucas Newton tell ESPN."
