The Golden State Warriors are at home at the Chase Center on Monday night for Game 4 of their first round series against the Houston Rockets.
Monday’s game is a crucial one for both sides as the Warriors look to take a commanding 3-1 series lead while the Rockets try to avoid being on the brink of elimination.
Of course, the Warriors took Game 1 of the series behind excellent performances from their star duo of Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler.
Houston was then able to bounce back in Game 2 to even up the series after Butler exited the game with an injury late in the first quarter.
Golden State was then able to defeat the Rockets in Game 3 despite Butler being sidelined thanks to another incredible performance from Curry.
Now, the Warriors will look to take a commanding lead in the series and they received some great news ahead of the game.
According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, Butler will play in Game 4 against the Rockets on Monday after missing Game 3 on Saturday due to a pelvic and glute contusion.
Golden State Warriors star Jimmy Butler (pelvic contusion) will play in Game 4 tonight vs. Houston Rockets after missing previous game, league sources tell me.

This is massive news for the Warriors as they will now have their star forward back on the court, giving some much-needed help to Curry.
Of course, Butler has played a key role for the Warriors since they acquired him at the trade deadline from the Miami Heat, which has turned their season completely around.
Butler then had a great start to their first round series before exiting Game 2 after taking a hard fall during a rebound attempt after being undercut by Amen Thompson.
With Butler back, the Warriors’ core will be together once again, led by Curry, Butler and Draymond Green as they look to use their home-court advantage in their favor to take a 3-1 lead in the series.
Fans can catch Monday’s Game 4 matchup between the Rockets and Warriors at 10:00 p.m. EST on TNT.
