Score Predictions for Hornets vs. Kings
USA TODAY Sports

Schuyler Callihan: Kings 118, Hornets 107.

Charlotte has had success against the Kings over the years, but I don't see them sweeping the season series with Cody Martin and P.J. Washington on the bench in addition to all the others. Kings win comfortably.

Prediction record: 13-7.

James Plowright: Kings 119, Hornets 109.

Sacramento will be out for revenge after Charlotte embarrassed them on their home court and the beam remain unlit. Charlotte are somehow missing MORE players than their previous matchup, making staying with Sacramento a big ask. How sustainable is Terry Rozier playing at this level keeping this team afloat in terms of competitiveness? I’m not sure, but I’m enjoying being proved wrong and watching Terry play the best basketball of his career.

Prediction record: 16-4.

Atticus Ferguson: Kings 127, Hornets 115.

We’ve all heard the saying that goes “it’s hard to beat a team twice.” Well, in Charlotte’s case, these days it’s really hard to even do it once, for that matter. I would be shocked to see Charlotte pull off back-to-back wins over a Kings team that has legitimate aspirations of making a deep playoff run. Terry Rozier and Miles Bridges can only carry this team so far.

Prediction record: 10-3.
