Toronto Raptors’ outing against the Los Angeles Lakers might not have been the most pleasant. But one of their star players, Scottie Barnes, was once again in the limelight. Only recently, Barnes made the news as Draymond Green flipped at him during a game.
Now, as the Raptors went down 93-110, Barnes again found himself in the middle of the limelight. During a play, Barnes scuffled for the ball and, in the process, took out the cameraman by mistake. While this was a completely unintentional act from Barnes, he took note of the same in his mind.
Soon after the play came to a close, Barnes immediately went up to the cameraman and apologized in a classy manner. The camera person, too, handled the incident in a sporting manner, shrugging off the contact and shaking hands with the Raptors’ star.

Scottie, being the kind human being he is, checked on him during the dead ball. ❤️

Apart from this act, the 24-year-old star also impressed with his on-court antics. Playing for a total of 35 minutes, Barnes dropped 22 points, three assists, and nine rebounds. Meanwhile, commenting on Barnes’ game, Jaylen Brown recently stated that he had ‘extra chromosome strength.’
Back in early December, the Boston Celtics faced the Toronto Raptors. Despite winning the game 121-113, Brown was particularly impressed with Barnes’ elite skills. Speaking about the youngster, Brown had one of the funniest lines.
“Scottie Barnes is strong… he got that extra chromosome strength. He’s like one of the Ninja Turtles, man,” said Brown.
