Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is your 2024-25 NBA MVP, beating Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic and Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo for the honor.

The Oklahoma City Thunder star led the league in scoring during the 2024-25 regular season, averaging 32.7 points per game, along with 5.0 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.0 blocks.

SGA received a total of 913 points in the MVP voting, getting 71 first-place votes that are each worth 10 points. Jokic finished second with 787 points, while Antetokounmpo ended up third with 470 points.

Gilgeous-Alexander, however, was not the only winner from his MVP recognition. As he celebrated the momentous award, he made sure his Thunder teammates got something, knowing full well that they made it possible for him to be MVP.

The Canadian star's Rolex gift to his teammates went viral after his MVP award was revealed on Wednesday, but apparently, there's more to it.

According to Shams Charania of ESPN, Gilgeous-Alexander gave all of his teammates—even the two-way players—a gift basket worth well over $10,000 each.

Aside from a Rolex watch, each gift basket reportedly includes an iPhone, a Beats by Dre headphone and custom "Canada Goose" jackets that feature their 68-14 record embroidered on them.

Sure enough, fans loved the gesture from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, with many taking to the comment section of Shams Charania's post to share their reactions.

"SGA spreading the love," a commenter wrote. Another one said, "Shai a good dude."

A fan exclaimed, "Wow!"

"Thats dope," a supporter shared.

A fifth follower remarked, "Such an incredible person. Great teammate, great basketball player, and a great role model."

It's certainly an awesome gesture from the 26-year-old guard, and as Malika Andrews said during the conversation with Charania, Gilgeous-Alexander set a high bar for the next MVP winner.
