The NBA has been known to have some pretty wild offseasons in the past but ESPN's Shams Charania believes 2025 could be the "most craziest" one yet.
Appearing on the "Pat McAfee Show" Tuesday, the NBA insider predicted that even more moves like the Luka Doncic-Anthony Davis trade could take potentially take place over the summer.
Telling the former Colts punter, "This is the most anticipation team executives have had over an offseason. I think this is going to be the craziest offseason of all— I don't want to say all-time. We just came off a trade deadline that I think was the craziest of all-time. I think this offseason might be the most craziest ever."

A lot of that, Charania says, has to do with Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo and his reported willingness to explore options outside of Milwaukee for the first time in his career.
"He is open-minded. He is right now in the process of figuring out, 'Is my forever home going to be in Milwaukee, or is it time to go pursue a championship somewhere else?'" Shams shared. "I'm told that process is ongoing. There still has not yet been a big moment-of-truth meeting, I'm told, between the Bucks and Giannis Antetokounmpo."
"That will happen at some point in the offseason," he added. "But the Bucks are operating as if, listen, loyalty's going to win out ... They're banking on a gap year, essentially, where they're going to be able to retool around Giannis."
Charania also revealed that the Boston Celtics could be looking to move some pieces this offseason as they look to figure out a new direction post- Jayson Tatum Achilles injury.
With all that and more, there's definitely the possibility for the next few months to be eventful ones for the Association. Which move do you think is the most likely to happen before the start of next season?
