The 76ers announced the signings of Emoni Bates, Kennedy Chandler, Malcolm Hill and Jaylen Martin, with Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reporting that each is on an Exhibit 10 contract.

Bates, 21, was the No. 49 overall pick by the Cavaliers in 2023 and spent two seasons on two-way deals in Cleveland. The 6-foot-10 forward appeared in 25 NBA games, averaging 3.1 points and 0.8 rebounds.

Chandler, a 6-foot guard, saw action in 36 games with Memphis as a rookie in 2022-23 before spending time in the G League with the Hustle, Long Island Nets and Raptors 905.

Hill, 28, has been more of a journeyman, logging 24 total NBA appearances with Atlanta and Chicago and signing a 10-day with New Orleans last season. He spent most of 2024-25 with the Pelicans’ G League affiliate in Birmingham.

Martin split his rookie year between the Nets and Wizards on two-way contracts, appearing in 16 NBA games and averaging 4.9 points and 2.8 rebounds.

Philadelphia also has Igor Milicic on an Exhibit 10, while Izan Almansa reportedly agreed to one that has not yet been finalized. Players on Exhibit 10 deals are eligible for a bonus of up to $85,300 if waived and then spending at least 60 days with the Sixers’ G League affiliate in Delaware.
