Slow-Motion Video of Luka Doncic's Game-Winner Is Getting Major Attention

Luka Doncic led the Los Angeles Lakers to a narrow 127-125 overtime victory over the Denver Nuggets on Saturday. The Slovenian guard recorded a monster triple-double of 30 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists in nearly 39 minutes of action.

Most importantly, however, Doncic scored the game-winning basket for the Lakers. With just over six seconds remaining on the clock, the 27-year-old received a pass from Austin Reaves and proceeded to attack the basket.

As Doncic approached the paint, he created some separation from his defender and drained a fadeaway jumper with 0.5 seconds left.

While the Nuggets had one final chance to win or tie the game after calling a timeout, Doncic stepped up big time by blocking Tim Hardaway Jr.'s potential game-winner from the 3-point line.

As the Lakers and the rest of the L.A. faithful celebrated the win and Doncic's heroics, a social media user who goes by "bellikemike" on Instagram shared a slow-motion video of the guard's clutch shot.

"Luka called game," the content creator wrote in the caption of the video, with the song "My Old Ways" by Tame Impala playing as the background music.

The video drew plenty of reactions, with NBA Europe even commenting, "fire."

"THE BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD," a fan wrote. Another one said, "a master at work."

"This will live on in my memory as Luka Doncic's first great clutch play with the Lakers. OT thanks to AR15. Against Denver. Perfect finish," a supporter shared.

A fifth commenter simply stated, "coldddddd."

"Luka magic," a follower noted.
