One of the top players in the ACC during the 2024-25 college basketball season has entered the transfer portal.
According to On3's Joe Tipton, Cal guard Andrej Stojakovic has entered the portal with a "do not contact" tag. That usually indicates that a player knows where he is transferring to and doesn't want to hear from other schools.
He was outstanding for Cal this past season, averaging 17.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. It was his only season with Cal after spending the 2023-24 season with Stanford.
Stojakovic is the son of Peja Stojakovic, who won an NBA title with the Dallas Mavericks in 2011. He played in the NBA for 13 seasons and spent seven and a half seasons with the Sacramento Kings.
He then spent time with the New Orleans Hornets, Indiana Pacers, Dallas Mavericks, and Toronto Raptors. He finished his career averaging 17 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game.

Going back to Andrej, he started in 28 of Cal's 29 games this past season and had 37 points in Cal's loss to Stanford in the ACC Tournament. He shot 31.8% from three-point range during the year.
He was also an All-ACC Honorable Mention for the year and will bring this success to a new program for the 2025-26 season and potentially the 2026-27 season if he plays a fourth season.
The transfer portal window for college basketball opened on March 24 and will close on April 22. Players have five more days to enter the portal before it closes.
Let's see where Stojakovic lands over the next few days.
