Spread: Pelicans -12.5

3 Star play on the Pelicans (-12.5): The Hornets are a hot mess right now. They've lost 16 of their last 17 games and are dropping by an average of 16.9 points per game. Charlotte's defense has been out of whack all year long and recently, the offense has seen a drop in efficiency and that's with the return of LaMelo Ball. I'm laying the points tonight.

Over/Under: 228.5

2 Star play on the under: In their last five games, the Hornets are averaging 96.4 points per game in regulation. They had one overtime game against Chicago where they put up 107 in regulation which has been their best offensive output in two weeks. To further support the under, these two combined for 219 when they met a month ago.
