1 Star play on the Thunder (-16.5): I hate laying big numbers like this in the NBA. Especially in this spot where Oklahoma City has lost two of its last three games, one of which came to Detroit. But the Hornets are down bad right now. They look like a team without direction and are constantly searching for answers on both ends of the floor. To quote head coach Steve Clifford, they are "undertalented" and are extremely undertalented in this matchup.

Over/Under: 222.5

1 Star play on the over: The over has cashed in six of the last nine games for the Hornets and for what it's worth, in five straight matchups against Western Conference foes. In Hornets games where the total is 223.5 or less, it has gone over in four of the last five. With all the scoring options OKC has, combined with the vulnerability of Charlotte's defense, the Thunder are poised to put up a big number.
