San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich isn't a fan of Donald Trump, and he made sure to let everyone know it by mocking the President on Thursday.
Popovich's squad missed the playoffs for the first time in 22 years after falling to the Utah Jazz 118-112 on Thursday and now will exit the NBA's Walt Disney World bubble.
When asked about his historic 22-year playoff run coming to an end, Popovich couldn't help but poke fun at Trump.
"Who told [the media] that the streak ended?" Popovich joked, according to TMZ Sports. "That’s fake news! That’s total fake news. Lots of guys have been telling me the streak hasn't ended. I talk to people all the time, they call me, they tell me ‘Pop, the streak didn't end.'"
"It didn't. It didn't end. I don't know where you guys are getting this."
This isn't the first time Popovich has slammed Trump... he does so any chance he gets. In the past, he's referred to Trump as a "deranged idiot" and a "coward," among other things.
Trump has ignored Popovich's criticism in the past, but his latest comments may be enough to make the President's blood boil.
