Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry continues to be one of the top players in the NBA, even at the age of 37.
Curry is averaging 27.1 points per game with 3.9 assists and 3.5 rebounds this season as the Warriors are 7-6 to begin the year.
Curry also has his own brand, the "Curry Brand," which has been part of Under Armour.
On Thursday, Curry's partnership with Under Armour came to an end, according to Shams Charania of ESPN. The Curry Brand will now separate from Under Armour, although the Curry 13 shoe will be released in February of 2026 as the final shoe from the Under Armour brand.
ESPN's Shams Charania reported the news.
"Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry and Under Armour have parted ways, ending their longstanding partnership. Curry's standalone endeavor Curry Brand will move forward independently," Charania wrote.

Curry spoke about the decision to split from Under Armour in the official release from PR Newswire.
"Under Armour believed in me early in my career and gave me the space to build something much bigger and more impactful than a shoe. I'll always be grateful for that." Curry said.
"Curry Brand was created to change the game for good and over the past 5 years, we successfully changed the game for kids, for communities, and for basketball," the Warriors star continued. "What Curry Brand stands for, what I stand for and my commitment to that mission will never change, it's only growing stronger. I'm excited for a future that's focused on aggressive growth with a continued commitment to keep showing up for the next generation."
Kevin Plank, the Founder and CEO of Under Armour, also issued a statement on the separation.
"This move lets two strong teams do what they do best," Plank said. "Under Armour is focused on product innovation and performance for athletes at every level. Curry Brand gets the independence to determine its own future. That's good for Stephen and good for UA."
The Curry Brand launched in 2020 as an extension of Under Armour, and now it is going its separate way.
