Steph Curry gifts Vice President-elect Kamala Harris with custom Warriors jersey

Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry is a big fan of Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, who will become the first female VP in United States history on Wednesday.

As a congratulatory gift, Curry gave Harris, who is an Oakland native and huge Warriors fan, a pretty spectacular present that will look great hanging in her White House office.

The three-time NBA champion surprised Harris with a customized Warriors jersey with a "Madame VP" nameplate, the number 49 and an autographed message from Curry.

"Madame Vice President, I'm not saying you've got to put this up in your office at the White House, but it probably would be a good idea," Curry said in the video.

"Congratulations. Blazing your own path, we are all rooting and supporting you the whole way."

Although the Warriors recently moved to San Francisco, they're honoring their Oakland roots this season with a special City Edition jersey, which is what was given to Harris.

Harris said she would "proudly" display the jersey in the office of the Vice President.

Following the results of the election in November, Curry also gifted Harris with a signed jersey. So, it's safe to say she's going to need an area in her office dedicated to Golden State.
