Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry was clearly impressed after witnessing Trae Young's game-winner for the Atlanta Hawks against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday.
Curry didn't have to write a word to show how he feels about the shot, as all he needed was one emoji to say it all.
Young powered the Hawks to a 124-121 victory over the Jazz after scoring a buzzer-beater. Utah guard Collin Sexton tied the game at 121-121 with four seconds left, but Young wouldn't let the showdown go to overtime.
Taking advantage of the Jazz's lax defense, Young got the inbounds pass, quickly dribbled the ball to halfcourt and took a shot before time expired.
The 26-year-old sharpshooter made the shot, frustrating the Jazz crowd at the Delta Center just moments after the home fans celebrated what they thought would have been an OT game.
Curry, for his part, was speechless after seeing Young's game-winner. On his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Curry reposted the video of Ice Trae's buzzer-beater and used a "cold face" emoji to react to it.
It was certainly a fitting reaction, given the toughness and clutch nature of the shot Young took.

To make it even sweeter, Young finished the game with 24 points and 20 assists, marking the most 20-20 performances in a single season since John Stockton did it in 1989-90. Young now has three such games this 2024-25 season.
While it's not new for Curry to see long-distance shots, there's no denying that what Young did was phenomenal.
