Stephen Curry limped off the court Wednesday night and was ruled out for the game not long later with left foot soreness.
The injury occurred midway through the second quarter. Jayson Tatum had the ball for the Celtics when Klay Thompson came in and poked the ball loose. Curry and Marcus Smart both went for the ball, diving to the hardwood.
As Curry and Smart both vied for the ball, Curry's lower left leg got caught under Smart's body. Play was not stopped until the ball went out of bounds on the next possession, as Curry got up and limped his way partially down the floor.

Curry limped around and was attended to briefly before he left the court and went jogging back to the locker room. He was ruled out not long later.
The Warriors were upset with Smart after the play, with coach Steve Kerr pulling Smart aside to give him a piece of his mind. Smart didn't help his case by also flailing his leg at Thompson while defending his shot attempt in transition moments after the Curry injury.
